     Vidyut Jammwal (born 10 December 1980) is an Indian film actor who predominantly works in Hindi films. He is also a trainedmartial artist, having learned Kalaripayattu (a martial art of Kerala) since the age of three. He is popularly known as "The New Age Action Hero of Bollywood".  He has also worked in Kollywood and Tollywood films.Jammwal was one of two children born in an army officer's home, having lived across various parts of India owing to his father's transferable job and training in martial arts from an ashram in Kerala since he was three years old which was run by his mother.He has traveled the world training with martial artists in various forms, all of which find their base in kalaripayat. After earning a degree in martial arts, Jammwal traveled to over 25 countries, where he performed live action shows, something beyond any regular showcase ever done before.
